Belfast Operatic Company enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Association of Irish Musical Socities Awards weekend in Killarney.

The Company were proud to once again bring home the George Moore Award for best chorus (congratulations to our MD, Colin Scott!!) and the award for Best Visual (congratulations to the wardrobe team headed by Maureen Steele, the makeup team headed by Dawn Sutton and the wig team headed by Sandra Byrne).

Wilfie Pyper was once again named Best Director for our recent production of Beauty & The Beast (which was runner-up for best show in the Gilbert section).  Many congratulations to him and thanks for producing such a fab show for us!
